Amen Estate in Ibeju-Lekki Receives Accolades From Celebrities As More Home Owners Move In

Renowned Nigerians from all walks of life have continued to shower encomiums on what they consider the El-dorado of all real estate developments on the Lekki axis – Amen Estate.

From Religious Leaders, Politicians, Business Moguls, Musical Acts to Sport Men, the list of visitors and clientele have continued to rise.

The General Overseer of KICC Worldwide Ministries Pastor Mathew Ashimolowo, a long time ago visited the estate and was full of praises to what he considered as different from what he has ever seen anywhere around the country. Same was the opinion of one of Nigeria’s foremost footballers, John Utaka at that same period.

Accompanied by his beautiful wife, Utaka could not hide his excitement at the level of detail given to the finishing of houses in the estate. His comment was simple, “this is second to none in Nigeria”. Also on the list of callers to the Amen Estate is Nigeria Hip-hop Superstar, Weird MC and a major resident of Amen Estate, Funke Akindele.
Just like every other first-time visitor to Amen Estate, Weird MC was dazed by the innovations behind developments within the estate.

In a related development, home owners within the estate have continued to move into their houses in time for the upcoming Yuletide Holidays. Cutting across all religious divides, some of the home owners according to administrators of the estate have started to move into their houses with plans to celebrate all the end of the year holidays with their family members in the estate. A major stakeholder who was on a recent visit to estate was met by new happy home owners and immediately got an invitation to attend two different house warning ceremonies. Recounting his many experiences from several visits to the estate, he explained that when Redbrick Homes first unveiled their Amen Estate Project, their avowed credo was the environmental friendliness of their development. Their designs confirmed their homes would be energy efficient, with large and numerous windows for copious amounts of ventilation and light”.

“They have since not stopped at that. More feathers have been added to the cap of this young but innovative firm of developers. Their determination to reduce the carbon footprint of this beautiful estate is immediately obvious as you approach the estate. the approach to the estate is lined with solar-powered street lights which are brighter than some of the mains-streets in the estate itself are festooned with these solar-powered innovations, and give bright, clean and steady illumination at night.
Indeed, walking through the estate at night is made a truly pleasurable and enjoyable experience as result of these lights. If the plans we have seen are anything to go by, Amen Estate will for a long time remain the estate to beat in Nigeria in the area of convenience, cost of living, comfort and the sheer elegance of the entire living experience – the homes, the streets and the ever-courteous and smiling estate itself”
